Matthew Cox and the other heroes of the ‘Mighty Quads’ certainly put the ‘pedal to the medal’ (and we certainly hope they got a medal…), conquering over 50 miles on the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike ride, finishing in a brilliant 5 hours and 39 seconds for our Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation Trust Fund.
