When Peter met Larry – our Number 1 Ambassador goes to Number 10!

On Friday the 13th whilst on holiday, I received an invitation to attend no 10 Downing Street on the evening of February 23rd to celebrate St David’s day.

I met Ruth Jones, my MP, outside no 10 and we went in together. I had the privilege of meeting Larry the cat along with several fascinating individuals, politicians, celebrities and peers.

Having the opportunity to talk about cardiac rehabilitation and the impact it has had on me as an individual, and now as an ambassador for the trust, was very special.
